What will I learn? You will learn vital skills needed to work in the Bricklaying including health and safety and how to quote for a job. Practical skills will cover a range of subjects such as: Cavity Walling, Block walling, forming openings within Brickwork.
Your learning will be very hands-on using the latest industry equipment in our workshops. You will be assessed via a range of practical and theory based assessments.
Practical assessment are formative and summative assessments and are graded Pass/ Merit/ Distinction; the assessments are ongoing.
Theory Assessments: These are graded Pass/Refer, exams are multiple choice and are taken online. You must achieve a minimum of 60% to be successful.
