Oldham College is seeking local construction employers to offer industry placements to our T Level learners.
An industry placement is the ‘on the job’ element of a T Level qualification. The placement is 45 days or 315 hours in length, and can be completed in a format that suits your business needs.
We are seeking employers who can offer placements in Design, Surveying and Planning, Electrical, and Plumbing areas.
These industry placements are vital to our students’ success – helping them to develop the skills needed to progress their future careers.
Placements also provide a number of benefits to your organisation, such as bringing a fresh perspective into your business and providing extra resource for your projects and day-to-day operations.
You will also be resolving current and future entry-level skills shortages by recruiting from a cost effective, untapped skills pool – and inspiring the next generation of Construction professionals.
