OLDHAM College has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing by Great Place to Work® UK.
We’ve been officially rated 65th among the 79 Large organisations (251-1,000 employees) on GPTW’s 2023 list.
Our ranking position ranking is driven by the findings of last year’s annual employee engagement survey which measured the extent to which everyone feels about the culture of wellbeing we’ve collectively developed across Oldham College.
