Start Dates: There are numerous start dates available for this qualification for adult learners:

Attendance: Depending on your mode of attendance you will be required to attend college between 6 and 9 hours per week. We have both day time and night options available.

 

What will I study?

AAT Accounting Level 1

What knowledge and skills will I gain?

Young students aged 16-24 years currently not in employment or training.

Students with the ambition to complete an apprenticeship in the future, where this qualification can provide a pre-apprenticeship.

Students interested in a vocational route to help prepare them for the workplace.

Students who are 24 and over, currently unemployed and looking for the skills to get into the work place.

Entry requirements

English and maths GCSE Grades E-G/1- 2 or English and maths Functional Skills Entry Level 3. No previous work experience is required. No previous work experience is required.

Will I have to pay for the course?

Learners will be required to pay for this qualification. However, depending on your person circumstances some learners may qualify for these qualifications to be either partially or fully funded via the Adult Education Budget. Our enrolment team will undertake an assessments with you onsite and advise you on how these qualifications will be funded.

Award in Bookkeeping = £450
Award in Business Skills = £450
Combined cost = £900
