Attendance:
Days and times of the week varies, depending on level and your choice of vocational pathway.
You will improve your general and specific English skills whilst studying and gain a vocational qualification. These courses are designed to bridge the gap between ESOL and vocational learning, and increase employment opportunities. After finishing this course, you will be able to access higher levels of learning and the employment market.
Learners need to have Entry Level 3 qualifications to study the Level 1 course, and Level 1 qualifications to study the Level 2 course. You can be accepted without qualifications if you pass an initial language assessment at the relevant level.
You may be eligible to do this course for free, if you do not already hold a level 2 or 3 qualification or if you receive certain state benefits.
If the above is not applicable, the course cost is available upon request. Students are eligible to apply to the Student Loans Company for an Advanced Learner Loan to cover tuition fees. Learners can also apply for our bursary to help towards costs including travel, books and meals
