Within this course you will study the foundation principles of management and leadership within any organisation. Other topics you will study range from managing individuals to be effective in their roles, the principles of communication in the workplace and managing data and information.
Entry requirements
This qualification is aimed at managers who supervise or manage a team, project officers and shift managers. Day to day operational and project activities are a key part of your role. We will discuss each learner's individual needs prior to enrolment and plan a bespoke programme. This qualification is aligned to CMI Professional Standards.
