This qualification is for you if you are a learner who wishes to work towards becoming a plumber in the building services industry. It has been designed to deliver a high level of occupational skills and provide a platform from which to progress through further learning through an apprenticeship programme or into employment. Mandatory units include: health and safety, electrical scientific principles, site preparation, cold and hot water systems, central heating systems, rainwater systems and above ground drainage systems.
Assessment is made up of a range of on demand online examinations testing the knowledge from each unit, you will also complete an incentre task manual which contains a range of practical assessments to test the skills you have acquired during training
There are no formal entry requirements however learners must have a basic understanding of Maths, Science and English
